Pop three ingredients into each of these sweet-and-spicy peppers, and appetizers are served. Find Peppadews near the pickles or the olive bar at your supermarket. Offer these before a Chickpea, Artichoke Heart, and Tomato Salad with Arugula and Tabbouleh-Lentil Ragoût.

- 12 fresh mint leaves
- 12 Peppadews, rinsed and drained
- ¼ small cucumber, peeled, seeded, and cut into ¼-inch cubes
- 2 Tbs. crumbled feta cheese, divided
Slide 1 mint leaf into cavity of each Peppadew. Fill with 1 or 2 cucumber cubes and 1/2 tsp. feta. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Chill until ready to serve.
