Tamari-Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp tamari
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- Heat the oil in a pan over a medium-high heat and add the pumpkin seeds, tamari and chilli flakes. Stir well so the seeds are evenly covered and cook for three minutes until they turn golden, stirring regularly. Take off the heat and transfer to a plate to cool.
